Advanced Therapies Integrates 2025 Venue: The Usher Institute
The Usher Institute
The Usher Institute is a key applied and translational arm of the Edinburgh Medical School, within the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh; offering significant expertise in health services research, health informatics, data science and social science.
We strive for and work towards the data-enabled transformation of health.
The Usher Building
The Usher Building at Edinburgh BioQuarter will host partnerships for data-driven health solutions.
It is a welcoming space for focus, collaboration and engagement.
The Usher Building provides space and opportunities for academics and partners to work and collaborate in new and innovative ways towards our shared purpose of developing data-enabled solutions to benefit health and wellbeing. It is home to our on-campus Master of Public Health programme – with our students bringing enthusiasm and new perspectives each year – as well as being the base for our online postgraduate taught programmes.
Its location is a core part of Edinburgh’s Health Innovation District at BioQuarter and helps to develop links to the local community.
